To setup the zones using Manual zoning - Optional

Select the Manual zoning option by clicking on the corresponding preview image.
Move the Conceptual Design dialog away from the top view.
Use ( Add Wall ) to create several virtual walls.

After the virtual walls are placed the entire concept building envelope is divided by the virtual walls.
Repeat for each floor.

The building envelope is divided into floors, each with one room, a glazing band around the perimeter of each floor, and each floor has room divisions, separated by virtual walls.
